111.02 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   There is hereby established the office of Clerk of Council.
 
   (b)   Such Clerk of Council shall be appointed and serve at the pleasure of Council for a salary which is and may be determined by Council from time to time by ordinance.
 
   (c)   Such Clerk of Council shall attend all meetings of Council, shall keep minutes thereof and shall keep all records of Council and perform other duties as may be determined by Council. Such Clerk of Council shall also act as Recording Secretary for and keep minutes of all boards, commissions, and council committees.
 
   (d)   Such Clerk of Council shall be appointed for a term of one year but such relationship may be terminated by either the Village or the Clerk for any reason whatsoever upon thirty days written notice.
