140.04 DUTIES.

It shall be the duty of the Service Director, Assistant Service Director, the employees and the Service Department as a whole to manage, control, maintain and protect all of the lands, buildings, and service equipment owned or maintained by the Village of Glenwillow, and other duties as may be assigned by the Mayor from time to time.
