News media requesting notification of special meetings shall provide the Village with written designation of the person, mailing address, and telephone number to whom notification is to be given. The Village will, if at all possible, provide such notice only within normal working hours. It shall be the obligation of the news media requesting notification to keep this written designation current at all times.
