2-1-1: PROPERTY AND VEHICLE INSURANCE:
   A.   Property Insurance: The city council may insure property of the city or purchase other insurance as authorized by 51 Oklahoma Statutes section 151 et seq., and 19 Oklahoma Statutes section 627. Any money received as a result of destruction, damages or loss of such insured property shall be accounted for and used as provided by said section 627. (2002 Code § 3.12.040; amd. 2013 Code)
   B.   Vehicle Insurance: The city council may purchase insurance to pay damage to persons sustaining injuries or damages to property as a result of negligent operation of motor vehicles or motorized equipment of the city, as authorized by 51 Oklahoma Statutes section 151 et seq. (2002 Code § 3.12.040)
2-1-2: MOBILE HOMES; REGULATIONS FOR PARKING FEES AND UTILITIES CHARGES:
The owner, owners, or occupant of real estate within the city limits upon which any house trailer or mobile home is located, and not in a regularly established trailer park, shall be responsible for any unpaid parking fees and water and sewer service, with such items to be charged to the owner, owners, or occupant of such service, and billed separately to the owners of the trailer or mobile home. 2-1-3: ACCEPTANCE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN VARIOUS TRUSTS:
   A.   Glenpool Utility Services Authority: The city council does accept, for and on behalf of the city, the beneficial interest in the public trust designated as the Glenpool utility services authority, provided in the declaration of trust of said public trust dated June 12, 1967, and as amended, for the comprehensive purpose of furthering and providing funds for the furthering of any authorized or proper function of the city, including, but not limited to, the furnishing and supplying of utility services and facilities in the city and in reasonable proximity thereto, and for purposes collateral thereto, in all respects in accordance with the declaration of trust and the applicable laws of the state of Oklahoma, and the city council is authorized and directed to endorse such acceptance of beneficial interest on the declaration of trust for and on behalf of the city as beneficiary thereunder.    B.   Glenpool Industrial Trust: The city council does accept, for and on behalf of the city, the beneficial interest in the public trust designated as the Glenpool industrial trust, provided in the declaration of trust of the public trust dated September 21, 1981, and as amended, for the purposes and in all respects in accordance with the declaration of trust and the applicable laws of the state of Oklahoma, and the city council is authorized and directed to endorse such acceptance of the beneficial interest on the declaration of trust for and on behalf of the city as beneficiary thereunder.    C.   Glenpool Cemetery Trust Authority: The city council does accept, for and on behalf of the city, the beneficial interest in the public trust designated as the Glenpool cemetery trust authority, provided in the declaration of trust of said public trust dated July 6, 2010, and as amended, for the purpose of creating, funding and operating a municipal cemetery as a statutory public function, in all respects in accordance with the declaration of trust and the applicable laws of the state of Oklahoma, and the city council is authorized and directed to endorse such acceptance of beneficial interest on the declaration of trust for and on behalf of the city as beneficiary thereunder.
