2-1-2: MOBILE HOMES; REGULATIONS FOR PARKING FEES AND UTILITIES CHARGES:
The owner, owners, or occupant of real estate within the city limits upon which any house trailer or mobile home is located, and not in a regularly established trailer park, shall be responsible for any unpaid parking fees and water and sewer service, with such items to be charged to the owner, owners, or occupant of such service, and billed separately to the owners of the trailer or mobile home. (2002 Code § 3.12.010)
