1-12-7: PENALTIES FOR ILLEGAL PARKING:
   A.   Any person who shall violate, permit or allow anyone to violate sections as listed in subsection 6-2-28A of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in the sum set by resolution of the city council for the first violation. If necessary the city judge can issue a warrant for contempt. The fine for contempt will be with the discretion of the city judge. For each violation caused by a vehicle remaining in the same parking space, the penalty shall be set by resolution of the city council.
   B.   Any person who shall violate, permit, or allow anyone to violate sections as listed in subsection 6-2-28B of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined a fee set by resolution of the city council.
   C.   Any person who shall violate, permit or allow anyone to violate section 6-2-32 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined a fee set by resolution of the city council.
   D.   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty has not been set forth shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this title.
