A. Power To Designate: The city council may, by appropriate resolution, fix and designate certain parking spaces in the said city which are located on public property as parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the handicapped displaying a special parking permit issued in accordance with Montana Code Annotated sections 49-4-301 through 49-4-306.
B. Penalty: Any person parking illegally in such a reserved space shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punished in accordance with subsection 1-12-8C of this code. (Ord. 02-2003, 5-20-2003)
