10-6-2: AMENDMENTS TO CODE:

The 2006 international mechanical code hereinabove adopted is hereby amended as follows:

Section 101.1 Change section as follows:

Section 101.1 Title: Insert village of Glendale Heights for jurisdiction.

Section 106.5.2 Change section as follows:

Section 106.5.2 Fee Schedule: Insert see subsection 10-1-5 A and section 10-1-8-1 of the village code.

Section 106.5.3 Change section as follows:

Section 106.5.3 Fee Refunds: Delete section in its entirety.

Section 108.4 Change section as follows:

Section 108.4 Violation Penalties: Add misdemeanor for offense. Add one thousand (1,000) dollars for amount.

Section 108.5 Change section as follows:

Section 108.5 Stop Work Orders: Add fifty (50) dollars to first amount. Add one thousand (1,000) dollars to second amount.
