A. Until such time as all liens placed upon a piece of property by the village have been satisfied, the village shall not issue any type of permit to the owner or owners of such property.
B. In addition to any other remedy provided in this chapter, any person who violates any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed each day that any such violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue. (Ord. 2013-36, 6-20-2013)
