In the event that the license fees provided in this chapter are not paid by January 31 of the year when such license is to be in effect, there shall be a late payment fee assessed as follows:
A. An amount equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the established fee if payment is received in February;
B. An amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the established fee if payment is received in March; and
C. If license fee and late fees, if applicable, are not received on or before March 31, the license shall be revoked. (Ord. 96-106, 12-5-1996)
