All meetings of the commission shall proceed as follows:
A. Time: Meetings shall begin promptly at that time as established in section 2-1-6 of this chapter or at any other time so published.
B. Order Of Business: The order of business shall be as follows:
1. Roll call and declaration of quorum.
2. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
3. Communications.
4. Committee reports.
5. Unfinished business.
6. New business.
7. Questions or comments from the public.
8. Adjournment.
C. Robert's Rules Of Order: The rules of parliamentary practice comprised as the latest published edition of "Robert's Rules Of Order Revised" shall govern the commission in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the bylaws of the commission.
