§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 91.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, not more than $150 on the first violation. In the event subsequent violations of § 91.04 occurs within 12 months of the original offense, the violation will be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 91.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, not more than $150 on the first violation. In the event a subsequent violation of § 91.05 occurs within 12 months of the original offense, the violation will be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 91.17 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A subsequent violation of § 91.17 shall constitute a misdemeanor of the second degree. (Ord. 1989-23, passed 7-3-89)
