§ 91.17 HUNTING AND TRAPPING ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall hunt, trap, kill or attempt to hunt, trap or kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle, traps, slingshot or any other means within the corporation limits of the village.
   (B)   This section does not prohibit the killing or trapping of injured animals, undesirable rodents, or any other animals which create a risk of physical harm to persons, property, or other animals, authorized by the Chief of Police. The means for killing or trapping must also be authorized by the Chief of Police. Common household mouse and rat traps are not to be prohibited by this section.
