§ 91.01 RIDING ANIMALS ON STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in any street, avenue, alley, park, or public ground of the village to run or race any horse or other animal, or to ride or drive any animal, whether attached to a vehicle or not, at a greater rate of speed than seven m.p.h., or to ride or drive any horse or other animal, whether drawing a vehicle or not, in a careless or negligent manner, so as to endanger the person or property of others, or to permit any animal to stand unhitched or unguarded in any street, avenue, alley, park, or public ground.
