§ 95.07 OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS OR FOOTWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to encumber any sidewalk or footwalk by placing barrels, boxes, coal, wood, or other substance on the sidewalk or footwalk, so as to prevent the free passage along the sidewalk or footwalk.
