§ 97.18 DURATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Any permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid for a period of no longer than 90 days of date of issuance or until the project requiring the cut or excavation is completed, whichever first occurs, and if the cut or excavation has not been made within that time the permit shall be null and void.
   (B)   All cuts and excavations made pursuant to the permit shall be refilled as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days after the cut and excavations have been completed, unless the cut and excavation is part of a major improvement preventing the refilling of the cut within the time.
   (C)   Every permit holder shall notify the Street Department at least 24 hours in advance of each cut and excavation refill operation, so as to allow the Street Department to inspect the repairs to assure compliance with the requirements of § 97.19.
