(A) Monthly bills for garbage collection at all locations identified in § 50.20(A) shall be rendered with the customer’s water and sewer billing and the same rules and regulations for payment of water and sewer bills shall apply to garbage and refuse collection bills, including a 10% penalty for late payment.
(B) Appropriate forms shall be developed by the Sanitation Department and provided to each utility furnishing water, sewer and electric service in the city. Forms completed from new applicants for utility service shall be provided by each utility to the Sanitation Department on a weekly basis.
