(A) No person or motor vehicle owner shall park or permit a motor vehicle to be parked adjacent to a curb painted yellow on any street within the village.
(B) Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall at the direction of a police officer be towed away and stored at the owner’s expense if such vehicle inhibits snow removal in any manner, or blocks a private or public driveway.
