§ 71.01 DRIVING VEHICLES OUTSIDE ESTABLISHED ROADWAYS IN VILLAGE PARKS.
   (A)   Automobiles, trucks and vehicles are prohibited from parking in the village park except on established roadways and established parking areas. Any person driving a vehicle outside of the established roadway or parking areas within the premises of the village park shall be subject to a forfeiture of $25 plus cost and penalty assessment for each and every occasion wherein said person drives a vehicle outside of the established roadway or parking areas. Signs shall be erected at entrances to the village park informing the public that off-road driving is prohibited.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to the village crew while on designated village business, to law enforcement officials of the village or to other persons specifically given written or oral permission to travel in the village park outside of the established roadway or parking areas.
