919.04 PERMITTEE TO PAY INSTALLATION EXPENSE.

In addition to the fees set forth in Sections 919.01 and 919.03, the permittee shall pay the following charges and be responsible for the installation of service:

(a) For installation of a water pit	Cost plus 25%
A water pit shall be required for any structure that is located seventy-five feet or more from the water main.
(b) For installation of a remote meter	Cost plus 25%
A remote meter shall be required for all new construction and the installation fee shall be paid when the tap permit is obtained.
