(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 130.01 shall be subject to being removed by order of the Town Marshal’s Department.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 130.02 shall be subject to being removed by order of the Town Marshal’s Department.
(D) (1) Any person found to be in violation of § 130.15 shall be subject to a fine of $25 for each instance in which the person is found to be in violation of that section.
(2) Any person found to have damaged or destroyed property of the town while in violation of § 130.15 shall be liable to the town for the actual amount of damages suffered by the town, in addition to any fine imposed.
(3) If any minor child is found to have damaged or destroyed property of the town while in violation of § 130.15, the parents of the minor child shall be liable for the fine imposed on the child as well as any actual damages to town property pursuant to I.C. 34-31-4-1 and 34-31-4-2 and all successor statutes that may be enacted.
