§ 130.01  NO LOITERING ZONE; MARSHAL’S DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   A “No Loitering” zone shall be established on any street, alleyway, or sidewalk within a maximum 75-foot perimeter of the Town Marshal’s Department.
   (B)   The zone shall be marked by the town with a red marking.
