§ 130.02  NO LOITERING ZONE; FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   A “No Loitering” zone shall be established on any street, alleyway, or sidewalk within a maximum 100-foot perimeter of the Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   The zone shall be marked by the town with a red marking.
