§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.02 through 93.04 shall be fined a sum of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person who fails to correct the violation(s) of § 93.18 within the 30-day period may be subject to a fine of $25 per day for each violation and/or further legal action. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. All fines shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at Town Hall.
