Any person found to be in violation of this subchapter shall receive written notification of the violation(s). The notice shall be served by the Town Marshal Department or via U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested. Any person found to be in violation of this subchapter shall have 30 days from the date of written notification to correct any violation(s).
