§ 93.02  BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   It is declared public policy of the town that sidewalks should be used primarily for pedestrian traffic. Bicycles shall be permitted on the sidewalks on the condition that their use does not inhibit regular pedestrian traffic. Discretion shall be used by the Town Marshal and/or his or her deputies/reserves as to whether the use of bicycles is inhibiting the pedestrian traffic.
