To obtain a permit, the applicant shall first file a permit application on a form furnished for that purpose. The form shall be completed and submitted to the Building Inspector with a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) before the issuance of a permit will be considered. Such application shall be in the form and manner as prescribed by the Building Inspector.
