EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 36-83, passed December 19, 1983, the Village of Genoa contracts with the Ottawa County Building Department to enforce the Ohio Building Code. The Ohio Building Code applies to all buildings except single-family, two-family and three-family dwellings which are not constructed of industrialized units.
