1444.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall demolish any building in the City without first obtaining a written permit therefor from the Zoning Commissioner. The fee for such permit shall be as set forth in the fee schedule in Section 1420.05 (BOCA Sec. 114.3.1).
