1424.03 DEFINITIONS.

Wherever the term "authority having jurisdiction" appears in the National Electrical Code, as adopted in Section 1424.01, it shall be deemed to mean the Zoning Commissioner of the City or his or her duly authorized agent. Wherever the term "Municipality," "City" or "local jurisdiction" appears in such Code, it shall be deemed to mean the City.
