1230.01 STATE LAW ADOPTED.

The City of Geneva hereby adopts, in its entirety, Ohio R.C. Chapter 5722, specifically including, but not limited to Sections 5722.02 to 5722.15, to facilitate the effective reutilization of nonproductive land situated within the City of Geneva.
