(a) At the time of application for the permit required by Section 1064.03, the applicant shall pay the City the following fees:
(1) For police alarm service, a convenience fee of thirty-six dollars ($36.00), to be paid when the application is filed. Payment of this fee shall not relieve the City of the right to impose additional fees, if and when necessary.
(2) For fire alarm service, a convenience fee of thirty-six dollars ($36.00), to be paid when the application is filed. Payment of this fee shall not relieve the City of the right to impose additional fees, if and when necessary.
(3) Applicants for fire alarm service shall also pay, upon application, to the City, a "no fire" alarm service fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) and shall pay to the City an additional fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for each and every "no fire" alarm call received from the applicant and answered by the Fire Department. This additional fee shall be due the day after the "no fire" alarm call is answered by the Fire Department.
