(a) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
(1) Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
(2) Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
(b) No person shall use any vehicle or permit the same to be used on the streets and public places of the City for the manufacture or repair of shoes, clothing, furniture, metalware, tools or other articles of personal or household use.
