416.04  MOVING IN CROSSWALKS.
   (a)   Pedestrians shall move, whenever practicable, upon the right half of crosswalks.
(ORC 4511.49)
   (b)   Except as provided in Section 408.01(b) and (c), whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
