246.04 USE OF OTHER CITY PERSONNEL FOR PART-TIME, EXTRA OR SPECIAL DUTY.

The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to utilize regular City officers and employees for part-time, extra or special duty, in the department in which they are employed or in other departments. When such officers and employees are so employed by the City, they shall receive the compensation as established for the part-time, extra or special duty position.
