242.02 CHIEF OF POLICE.

There shall be a Chief of Police who shall be responsible to the Director of Public Safety. The Chief shall have control of the stationing, transfer and duties of all patrolmen and other officers in the Police Division under such rules and regulations as the Director prescribes.
