234.01  ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS; RECORDS; TEMPORARY CLERK.
   The Clerk of the City shall attend all meetings of Council and keep a record of its proceedings and of all rules, bylaws, resolutions and ordinances passed or adopted, which shall be subject to the inspection of all persons interested. In the case of the absence of the Clerk, Council shall appoint a temporary clerk to perform the duties of the Clerk.
