EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 2095, passed January 28, 1985, combined the positions of Director of Law and Police Prosecutor into one position to be known as the City Solicitor. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Director of Law or Police Prosecutor, therefore, shall be interpreted to mean the City Solicitor.
