231.01 ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER.

There is hereby established in and for the City of Geneva the position of Assistant City Manager. The Assistant City Manager shall perform those duties assigned to him or her by the City Manager. Those duties may include authority delegated by the City Manager. Such delegation of authority shall not lessen or diminish the authority of the City Manager.
