212.09 EFFECTIVE DATE OF AGREEMENT.

This agreement shall be in force and in effect when no less than a majority of the political subdivisions of Ashtabula County including the City of Geneva and the County Commissioners of Ashtabula County have subscribed to this agreement by adopting a similar resolution or passing a similar ordinance and shall continue in full force and effect thereafter unless and until terminated by either party thereto.
