EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1905, passed April 10, 1978, authorized the City to enter into an agreement with various other municipalities and townships in the County to form the Ashtabula County-wide Disaster Services Organization, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5915.07 and regulations issued by the Governor and dated June 9, 1966. The purpose of such Organization is the coordination and unification of the civil defense activities of the participants. Copies of Ordinance 1905 are available, at cost, from the City Clerk.
There are no sections in Chapter 210. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
