212.08 RECOGNITION OF ASHTABULA COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY.

In the event that a disaster exceeds the capabilities of the City of Geneva, the Ashtabula County Emergency Management Agency is hereby recognized as the entity that is responsible for coordinating the emergency management activities of the County and all political subdivisions therein pursuant to the agreement mutually entered upon by both the City of Geneva and the County of Ashtabula.
