212.07 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person shall violate the provisions of this chapter, the Plan or the regulations issued pursuant to the authority contained herein, or to willfully obstruct, hinder, or delay any member of the Geneva Emergency Management. Agency and persons acting under the Plan or the regulations in the enforcement of any provision of this chapter, or the Plan and regulations issued thereunder.
