212.06 EMERGENCY POWERS AND DUTIES.

During times of imminent public danger, or emergency, the City Manager or his or her designee is hereby empowered to act in accordance with Article III Section 23 (Manager, Powers, and Duties) of the Geneva Charter until such time as City Council can assemble and formally declare an emergency.
