212.03 ORGANIZATION.

There is created the Emergency Management Agency for emergency preparedness utilizing to the fullest extent the existing agencies within the City under direction of the executive committee of the agency, which includes the President of Council, Chairman of the Safety Committee, City Manager, Police Chief, and Fire Chief. The agency will be in accordance with the Emergency Operations Plan.
