As a condition of issuance of a permit, the Building Official shall require the permittee, together with all persons working on the construction site, to comply with the following hours of construction: No outside construction shall commence on weekdays and Saturdays before 7:30 a.m. or continue past 8:00 p.m., or on national holidays or Sundays before 9:00 a.m. or past 5:00 p.m. (Ord. 2014-03.
