1315.11 TEMPORARY FENCING DURING CONSTRUCTION.

As a condition of the issuance of a permit, the Building Official shall require the permittee to temporarily fence areas to be disturbed by construction before any clearing may commence. The purpose of the fencing shall be to delineate the area to be disturbed and to protect non-disturbed vegetation on the site.
