(a) The fee to be paid when making application for a permit shall be an amount equal to two dollars per square foot of the footprint of the building or other structure to be constructed, but not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) The Building Official, in addition to all other fees and deposits required by these sections of Codified Ordinances, shall be authorized to charge and deposit with the Clerk the following fees for plan review and inspections:
(1) Building Department plan review fee | $100.00 |

(3) 1% fee for Ohio Board of Building Standards | |
(4) Building setback and footer inspection | 175.00 |
(5) Rough grade inspection | 100.00 |
(6) Finished grade inspection | 100.00 |
(7) Final building and landscape inspection | 125.00 |
