If the information contained in any application for a permit, or in specifications or drawings accompanying such application, indicates that the work to be done is not clearly and specifically defined, is imperfect or is not in all respects in accordance with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code or other applicable law, ordinance or regulation, the Building Official shall not issue a permit until the deficiencies or violations shall have been in all respects corrected.
