§ 111.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   A violation of § 111.02 may be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $2,500 per occurrence.

   (C)   Any person violating §§ 111.15 through 111.17 shall be subject to a fine not exceeding the following:

      (1)   One hundred dollars for the first violation of §§ 111.15 through 111.17; and

      (2)   Five hundred dollars for the second or subsequent violation of §§ 111.15 through 111.17.
